Restore Nevadaville

Exploring what it could take to preserve, interpret, and share the story of this historic Colorado mining town.

We own and are restoring historic House 72.Restore Nevadaville does not represent ownership of the town or its other properties.

What Is Restore Nevadaville?

Restore Nevadaville is currently a vision and research project.

We are documenting the town, studying its history, talking with the community, and exploring what a thoughtful future could look like. No final plan has been decided.

The goal right now is not to announce what Nevadaville will become. It is to understand what may be possible.

WHERE THE WORK HAS STARTED

House 72

We own historic House 72 and are working through its preservation and rebuilding process.

What we learn there is helping us understand both the opportunity and complexity of historic preservation in Nevadaville.

House 72 is one property.

Restore Nevadaville is the much larger question of what may be possible for the town’s history.

Help Shape the Vision

Restore Nevadaville is still in the research and planning stage, and public interest matters.

If you would visit, volunteer, share historical information, explore a partnership, or simply want to follow the project, tell us below.

Your input will help us understand what people care about and what kinds of experiences or preservation efforts may have real support.

This is not a reservation, donation, or commitment — it is simply a way to tell us what interests you.
